Sweet, snuggly, adorable Charlie...  you can see in his eyes that he desperately wants to be loved. He’s nervous around new people and still cowers when approached, but a few soft words and he crawls into your lap looking up at you with adoring eyes. Charlie prefers a calm, quiet adult household where he can take his time adjusting to his new surroundings. While he’s blossoming into a happy, playful boy with our volunteers help, he needs his adoptive family to help him develop his loving, sweet personality.
